I've spent my whole working life on your side of the counter.
My first job was at my family's pizzeria in Boston. I was seventeen, and I've never really left the business since. I know the Friday rush when the tickets won't stop printing, and the quiet nights when you're doing the math in your head. I've been through the good years and the hard ones.
Later, I opened a couple of restaurants of my own. That's when online ordering stopped being a convenience and became a line item. The delivery apps brought orders, and they took a big piece of every single one. I watched good, busy restaurants work harder than ever and keep less of what they earned.
Here's what I learned: owners aren't losing to the apps because they don't care. They're losing because nobody has time to become a tech expert between prep and close. And you shouldn't have to.
That's why I started Orderrit. We build your own ordering site, set up every detail and stay with you when things change, so you keep more of every order and get back to what you're great at: the food, your team and the people who walk through your door.
