Estimates use each company's public U.S. pricing as published on October 25, 2026, and count platform fees only. Card processing is shown beside each total where the platform publishes its rate (Orderrit 2.9% + 30¢, ChowNow 2.95% + $0.29), and one-time costs are noted separately. Plans include different features and pricing changes, so check each provider before deciding. Sources: Owner.com, ChowNow, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub. Delivery-app commissions include their couriers; if you deliver through Uber Direct, Uber's per-delivery fee is charged separately and isn't included above. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Pricing questions
The things owners actually ask.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, ask us anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There's no setup fee. Your menu build, dish photos and storefront design are all included.
Do you take a commission on each order?
No percentage commission. A flat $0.99 per order, plus standard card processing of 2.9% + 30¢.
How does delivery work, and what does it cost?
You can deliver with your own drivers, using delivery zones, fees and minimum orders you set, and those delivery fees stay with you. Or turn on Uber Direct and an Uber courier picks up each order, with live SMS tracking for your guest.
Uber charges a per-delivery fee (a base rate plus distance) with no commission. You can cover it or pass it to the guest at checkout. It's separate from Orderrit's $0.99 per order.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There's no contract, so you're never locked in.
Is the menu build really done for me?
Yes. We find the best available version of your menu and build it: categories, items, prices, option sets, hours and tax, plus a photo for every dish. Nothing goes live until you say yes.
What if I need to change my menu later?
Just mention it to support. Price changes, new specials, sold-out items and holiday hours are all handled for you.
Can I keep using delivery marketplaces too?
Of course. Many restaurants keep marketplaces for discovery and use their own site for regulars and direct orders. Our resources cover how to nudge repeat guests toward ordering direct.
