Everything between hungry and handed over.

Orderrit is your restaurant's own storefront, an ordering flow that matches how your kitchen cooks, and a menu built properly from the start. Here's each piece, screen by screen.

01 — Storefront

It looks like your restaurant. Because it is.

Guests should feel like they walked through your door, not into a marketplace. We design your storefront around your brand: the colors on your awning, the type on your menu board, the food you're proud of.

  • Designed for phones first, since that's where hungry people order
  • Your logo, colors, typography and photography throughout
  • Your restaurant's name at the top, with no marketplace banner competing for attention

02 — Ordering flow

Four taps from craving to confirmed.

Every extra step loses a hungry guest. The flow stays short and clear, and it asks the questions your kitchen needs answered.

A menu people actually want to scroll.

  • Categories pinned to the top so guests jump straight to what they're craving
  • A real photo beside every dish, with short descriptions that sell
  • Pickup or delivery, now or scheduled for later, chosen up front

04 — Delivery

Delivery, your way.

Deliver with your own drivers, hand the trip to an Uber courier, or use both. Either way the order comes through your site, with your name on it, and no marketplace takes a cut.

Option AIn-house

Your own drivers

  • Delivery zones drawn around your kitchen, so you only take orders you can reach
  • Your own delivery fees and minimum order amounts, set by distance or by zone
  • Guests choose delivery now or schedule it for later
  • The delivery fees you charge stay with you
Option BOn-demand

Uber Direct couriers

  • An Uber courier is requested automatically when the order comes in, so there are no drivers to hire
  • Guests get live SMS tracking from your counter to their door
  • Pay per delivery, with no commission on the order
  • Cover the delivery fee yourself or pass it to the guest at checkout

Uber Direct is available in most major U.S. metro areas. Uber charges its own per-delivery fee (a base rate plus distance), billed separately.

05 — After the tap

Tickets your line can read at a glance.

An order is only as good as the ticket it becomes. Every modifier, note and pickup time arrives spelled out, so the kitchen cooks it right the first time and the guest gets exactly what they asked for.
